We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Return Policy

SECTION 9 – RETURN POLICY

We take pride in our products & services & want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your hair extensions and/or products & are not happy with your purchase, you may return them to us in exchange for store credit only (-) minus shipping, if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We will honor this for up to 7 business days after purchase, from the date the package left our facility, to the date the returned item(s) are received. Orders returned after 7 business days will be sent back at customer’s expense, or customer will be given an online store credit.

Statuz Hair LLC has a policy that excludes the return of Edge Control products. Given that these products can be opened, altered, and applied to the skin, we will not accept returns for these products.

Lashes must not have been worn & packaging can not be opened or altered in any way, form or fashion, or these products will not qualify for a return or an exchange.

EXCHANGES

Hair must be in the original state that it was sent to you. Not the style you were looking for? Want to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us, and we will send out your requested style or product. For exchanges the hair must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered state and all original tags must be attached, packaged, and in new condition for exchange credit. We will need you to send your original receipt back. We will not exchange without original receipt.  You will receive an invoice via email and also a receipt located in the purchase package. We will need the receipt inside the packaging before we issue a exchange credit. For altered products (bundles that are unwrapped or extensions that have been worn or altered) all sales are final. We process our hair extensions orders based on orders & demand and do not have large margins that might factor this into our vendors retail pricing. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.

We will exchange 1 time only. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will forward you exchange instructions. During sales we do not offer exchanges. Please remember, all sales are final.

We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back hair or any other products & services offered.

Exchange credit will be processed between 2-5 business days. If you know what you would like to exchange your item(s) for, we recommend that you advise us before returning the hair, to ensure the product is currently in stock. We will process your exchange and new order at that time.

When ordering please ensure that you submit the correct mailing address. Statuz Hair LLC will apply a $10.00 undeliverable order and corrections to shipping address caused by customer error.

If the requested lengths change, we will have to adjust the cost of your order.

We do not refund shipping charges.

This gives us the necessary time to receive the hair from our top vendors & allows us to manage Quality Control. It also, allows us to properly test all bundles to ensure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be addressed by contacting our vendor and having them issue a replacement if necessary, to ensure that you receive the BEST quality product. Once your order has been processed. You will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email that you provided to us when your order was placed. Please make sure you check your spam folder & please contact us after waiting 5 business days if you have not received this email.

Note that purchases over $200 must be verified before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped out with a signature requirement. No exceptions. Shipping Delays

Orders must be verified before shipping. Please keep in mind that orders that the billing address differs from the shipping address may be subject to verification which can delay your order. When using PayPal, please adhere to PayPal policies as we suggest customers ship to address that is confirmed on your PayPal account.

We suggest customers use same billing address as shipping address to prevent shipping delays due to mandatory verification requirements. We suggest customers check out using the PayPal if the billing address differs from the shipping address to prevent any type of order delay. Statuz Hair LLC is not liable for shipping delays due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, order verification or incorrect shipping addresses. Your order will be shipped to the address as entered on our website.

Providing an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address is one of the leading causes of shipping delays. Upon ordering, please ensure all delivery information is complete and accurate to ensure successful delivery. If an order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment.

Our shipping methods include USPS and in certain cases FedEx, but you will receive tracking information with details to include which shipping method used. We WILL NOT be responsible for any LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES.

You WILL NOT receive a refund for lost/stolen packages & your order will not be replaced. All packages will come with a Tracking Number. USPS and/or FedEx updates their system with the status of your package(s) every time it reaches a new location/destination. In the event that you know that you will not be home to receive you package on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS Post Office via www.usps.com or www.fedex.com as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

SECTION 11 – CANCELLATION POLICY

Statuz Hair LLC will process orders within 1-3 business days. If you decide to cancel your order and it was already shipped out, we will gladly process a refund your order with proof of cancellation attempt within 48 hours of ordering. Before issuing a refund, we require the hair back in our possession before refund process is complete. Purchases must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and all tags must be attached, packaged, and returned in saleable condition in order to receive refund. Hair Care

STRAIGHT OR BODY WAVE MAINTENANCE

• Shampoo at least once a week using a good quality sulfate-free shampoo. • Do not massage the hair.

• Rinse thoroughly.

• Apply a moisturizing conditioner and comb hair, starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp.

• Rinse thoroughly.

• Let air-dry.

DAILY CARE

• Brush or comb through to style.

• Apply an alcohol-free hair serum for shine as needed.

CURLY MAINTENANCE

• Apply a moisture rich Conditioner and comb hair, starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp.

• Leave Conditioner in for at least 15 minutes or more

• Do not massage the hair. Rinse thoroughly.

• Scrunch hair gently to enhance the curls.

• When damp, apply a dime size of an anti-frizz alcohol free hair serum for a more tamed look,

• Let air-dry

• Do not use oil products or excessive products on curly hair, it will cause matting.

• Do not brush or comb hair when dry, it will cause hair to frizz and may cause hair to tangle.

Important NOTE: Conditioner only wash is recommended at least 3 times a week.

CAUTION

Using the wrong products on your extensions will result in dry, dull, tangled, damaged and unmanageable hair extensions! Once natural hair is cut from a donor’s head, it stops receiving much-needed nutriments that nourish and keeps the hair soft, shiny & tangle-free. It’s therefore vitally important to maintain and treat your natural hair extensions with the appropriate maintenance products that will restore/maintain its natural softness, silk and keep it tangle-free. Heat is your hair biggest enemy. The more you use on it, the shorter the life span of your hair. Use heat in moderation. Do not use high temperatures. High temperatures can damage the hair, including permanently altering the hair texture. Use styling products that are alcohol free.
